Returns, Refunds & Claims Policy
1. Claims:
Report any shipping damages to both the freight carrier and DrivelinePro by the end of the next business day after receipt. Refrain from installing or using items that appear damaged or do not fit correctly.
2. Return Period:
New, unopened items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3. Incorrect Item Purchase:
To avoid the restocking fee, reorder the correct item and include the new order number when submitting a return for the original item.
4. Return Process:
Start a return by contacting our Customer Support Team with your order number and reason for return.
5. Conditions of Return:
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items
6. Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns, deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
7. Return Shipping Costs:
- We cover return shipping for errors on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items) and waive the restocking fee.
- For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Secure packaging is important to prevent transit damage.
8. Inspection and Credit Conditions:
Once we receive your return, items undergo a thorough inspection. If found to be used, installed, damaged, rusted, or unsellable, no credit or refund will be issued.
Our parts must be installed by someone qualified and with sufficient knowledge to correctly install the purchased part. This includes:

Using proper tools (no hammering or impact wrenches on precision components)

Ensuring proper greasing and alignment per technical guidelines

Verifying all components are undamaged before installation
Installation that deviates from these standards voids warranty coverage.
CV Joint Boot kits and rubber boots - carry no warranty.
Complete CV Joint Kits that have not been sufficiently greased prior to installation or if the rubber boot has been damaged during installation shall void the warranty and no refunds/or returns will be accepted.
9. Return Shipping Payment:
Return shipping must be prepaid by you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of the delivery method used.
10. Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus the restocking fee. Processing times may vary.
11. Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.
12. Cancellation Policy:
- Special Order Items: Non-cancelable once order is placed.

General Parts Orders: Cancel before shipping by contacting us.
- Non-US Mail Shipments: May be retrieved, with costs deducted from your refund.
- US Mail Shipments: Can't be retrieved after shipment. Accept delivery and return prepaid. Refusal will result in deduction of return postage from your credit.
13. Delivery Refusal Policy:
- Custom Orders: No refund for refused deliveries.
- General Orders: If refused or undeliverable, return shipping costs are deducted from any refund. Original carrier method will be used for returning shipments, incurring applicable costs.
